Taverham Field Shoot

Our second club shoot was held on October 1st 2006 with the kind permission of Taverham Archers, at their home ground near Norwich.

This year the format included a Clout Shoot as well as the traditional 12 target field round.

26 members braved the elements and tackled the tricky and undulating course. Weather was fine and sunny for the most part with a couple of heavy downpours later in the day.

Clout distances were the same for all competitors and were set at around 160 paces. Everyone managed to (eventually) reach the distance and some good scores were achieved.

Annual Halloween Shoot 2006

18 Juniors and around the same number of our senior members turned out in a variety of costumes for our annual shoot. A variety of spooky targets, music and lights added up to an enjoyable evening for all concerned.
