Feathers and Fletchings 1st Athlete Development Day - 21st January 2007

We have teamed up with local sports professionals to offer you the chance to improve your Archery (or any other sport!) with a series of workshops aimed at improving your sporting performance. This one day seminar will offer you help and guidance with:-

• Injury prevention

• Nutrition

• Sports Psychology

• Alternative Training Methods

• Spaces are limited and you are advised to book early to avoid disappointment!!!
